Akashic Record Readings
The Akashic Records are an energetic record of every soul's journey on Earth. If you believe in past lives, then the Akashic Records include information about those past lives.

Readings can be done over the phone or via Skype and they last about an hour. I do recommend having questions in mind (or at least topics to explore) to help guide the reading. You do not need to format the questions in any particular way. We will discuss and formulate the questions together.
Readings are essentially a conversation between us guided by your questions. As appropriate we may do past life exploration, healing, or release ceremonies. Simply opening your Akashic Records begins to shift the energy so doing the deeper work with your Records open can bring about powerful shifts.

Reiki Healing Sessions
Remember back to junior high physics where we learned that everything is energy? Well, our bodies are energy too - you may have heard it referred to as "life force energy". Even though we think of our bodies as being flesh and blood, we actually have energy centers throughout and when these energy centers are out of alignment, we can feel stressed or even develop illness. Reiki is a technique that helps to realign the energy centers, or chakras, in your body to assist the body in healing itself.
Reiki is of Japanese origin and the word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”
A Reiki treatment is very relaxing. It is usually done "hands off" meaning that I rarely touch the body and I always ask permission before doing so. Reiki treats the whole person including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, creating many beneficial effects such as relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. While I cannot guarantee specific healing (and I am not a physician), there are documented reports of all physical illnesses being helped by Reiki.
Reiki can never do harm and is always appropriate - alone or in conjunction with other holistic therapies or traditional medicine.
Reiki energy healing sessions generally last 30 to 60 minutes and are done either in person or remotely. The inner wisdom of the recipient determines the frequency and number of sessions needed for the desired level of healing.

Past Life Regression
Another powerful tool for exploring patterns and blockages is Past Life Regression. I utilize a self-hypnotic method that allows information from your subconscious or intuitive mind to be accessed. It does not involve "channeling" or create a trance like state of mind. It does allow you to relax into an altered state of consciousness which affords intuitive insights. The conscious mind is always there but in a less interfering and relaxed state. The conscious mind can always assert its will to either be fully conscious or to control events. In other words, you always have free will and the process is safe.
While it can be fun to explore past lives, I have found this to be a powerful tool for empowering you to find your own answers and solutions to the issues present in life. This is more "experiential" than a Past-life Akashic Record reading and allows you to actually "see" the time period and events yourself.
